All five apartments are registered and approved for rental in Valencià. The certification provides extra safety.
All apartments are located in the same house along the seafront.
Apartment 3 is on the 2nd floor and is about the same size as apartment 1 and 2, but has only one bedroom.
On the other hand, the bedroom is large, has ample wardrobe space and its own storage room.
The building is from 2002 and built in an old Spanish style.
The apartments have internet, air conditioning and Norwegian TV channels.

MIDDLE SEASON
  • From November 1st to March 1st

LONG WEEKEND
  • For up to 3 days, weekly price minus 20% is paid
  • For 4-7 days a weekly price is paid
MONTHLY RENTAL
  • Only in middle season
  • The customer pays a deposit when booking
  • 1st month rent payable in advance, prior to arrival
  • In addition, it is paid for water and electricity
  • For monthly rentals, a contract of at least 2 months is required
VARIOUS
  • Cleaning is not included and will be done by a cleaning company brokered by the local realtor in Villajoyosa.
  • Final cleaning includes: Washing of apartment, washing of a set of sheets and a towel per person.
  • Price: 75 Euro.
  • You can pay an extra 40 euros per rental contract to get Norwegian TV channels. It is the same price whether you rent 1 week or 1 month.

Deposit

Weekly rentals and longer-term rentals require a deposit.
 
WEEKLY RENTALS
For weekly rentals over 1200 euros, the deposit is 500 euros.
For weekly rentals up to 1200 euros, the deposit is 250 euros.
Deposit is to be payed within 3 days of signing.
The balance is to be payed within 40 days prior to moving in.
 
MONTHLY RENTALS
On a monthly rental, a 2 months rental period is required. One month's rental is to be payed in deposit.
Deposit is to be payed within 3 days after signing.
The balance is to be payed within 40 days prior to arriving.

Location

Villajoyosa is located between Alicante (30 km) and Benidorm (10 km) on the Costa Blanca.
The apartments are located in one of the colorful houses on the first line along the seafront in the old town.
The area is very child friendly.
